In relation to the concerns about COVID-19 and our services:
We are, and expect to continue to be open and fully operational as advised by BC Provincial Health/General Advisory.
Business hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
If you are in quarantine, unaffected family members and friends are permitted to bring your companion(s) in for appointments. We ask, if possible, that you remain available by phone during the appointment time in case staff and/or person bringing in your pet(s) need to reach you for any questions/details. Respectably, if you are exhibiting any flu-like systems, you should call us ahead of time before you visit our hospital. We wish to remain open and provide service as safely as possible. In order to do this, we must remain healthy ourselves and expect the cooperation from others to not spread the virus. Everyone needs to do their part. Regardless of this, we are fully operational.
We are also encouraging the use of debit and credit cards rather than cash. If cash must be used, please place it on the counter and a staff member will retrieve it from there.
ALL WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND BOOKED FOR ANOTHER TIME.
We are strictly scheduling appointments and pick up times. This excludes emergency appointments but a courtesy call is always appreciated. For scheduled appointments, in order to maintain a safe distance between clients and staff inside the hospital, we ask that clients remain seated in the lobby, while a staff member takes the pet for treatment.
Although our clinic door is unlocked, please be considerate to staff and other community members around you, and practice social distancing. We kindly ask that no more than 2 people are in clinic at a time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and thank you for your co-operation. We hope all our clients and community members stay healthy and safe.
At this time, there is no supportive evidence that shows animals in Canada have COVID-19 circulating in their systems. For more information, please click on the link below.
